Meet Bobbie Turner
About
My name is Bobbie Turner, and I am Professional Presence Group’s founder. My career began on Wall Street, in the offices, trading floors and deal rooms of J.P. Morgan Chase, Citigroup, CS First Boston, and UBS Securities. I worked in corporate finance in New York and London, managed marketing and communications for some of the world’s largest banks, and spent years in environments where how you carried yourself was often as consequential as what you knew.
Following full-time corporate life, I built a freelance writing practice serving some of the financial industry's most recognized firms — J.P. Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Janus Henderson, and others. My writing business kept me embedded in corporate culture as I worked closely with companies to understand their internal dynamics — their standards, their expectations, and what consistently separates good performers from great ones. It all came down to a powerful combination of technical knowledge and relationship-building skills.
Professional Presence Group is built on everything those years taught me. Today, I work with companies to develop skills that credentials alone don't confer — the confidence, composure, and professional awareness that modern business environments demand and that exceptional careers require.
Credentials
I grew up in suburban Philadelphia's Main Line area—a culture steeped in etiquette. Today, as Professional Presence Group’s founder, I bring enthusiasm and passion to each training session, along with an MBA in marketing and finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business. I am also a Certified Business Etiquette Speaker through the American Academy of Etiquette.
